Deacon Kenneth Bigsby
Deacon Kenneth Bigsby has been serving as a deacon for over 10 years. He served as deacon in Spartanburg, SC before coming to Gethsemane in Greenville, SC.
Deacon Bigsby is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Bigsby of Spartanburg, SC.
He is the husband of Mrs. Thelma Bigsby and the father of Brandon Gossett. Deacon Bigsby works with our Van Ministry, Finance Ministry, and Youth Ministry.
He was educated in the public schools of Spartanburg County. He furthered his education by earning an Associate's of Arts degree in Liberal Studies as well as a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Limestone College.
He has experience as an investigator with the Department of Social Services. He was also a youth counselor for the Department of Juvenile Justice. He is currently employed as a service coordinator with the Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC. His motto is "There is a blessing in being a blessing."
Deacon Charles Madison
Deacon Charles Madison has been serving as a deacon for over 20 years. He is the husband of Mrs. Kathy Madison and the father of Charles Jr, Chassidy, and Charmain. Deacon Madison works with our Van Ministry, Finance Ministry, and Sound Ministry. He can also be found fixing, repairing, and purchasing items to keep the house of God in working order.
